How fast: usually within 24 hours on business days. Payment and access problems come first. We answer in English, Russian or Persian; messages in the other site languages are read through translation.
No contact form: a form that silently drops messages is worse than no form.

Is there an email address?
No, on purpose. A fake address in our name would be hard to tell from a real one. Telegram is the only channel.
Where do I ask about a payment?
/paysupport in the bot, with the order number and the transaction hash. Those two lines are what let us find the payment.
Do you answer in my language?
English, Russian and Persian are answered directly. Other languages are read through translation and answered as clearly as we can.
